Hi, I’m Jonelle Mascarenhas, the heart, soul, and creator of MegaMinds. With over 30 years of teaching experience across all areas of primary school, including Year 7. I’ve had the privilege of working with countless students, each with their own unique strengths and potential.

At the core of my teaching philosophy is a love for inquiry-based learning and a passion for nurturing the whole child. I believe in fostering a genuine love for learning, building confidence and helping children recognise their self-worth. When children feel valued and safe, their ability to learn and thrive naturally follows.

I use a hands-on approach to make learning fun and meaningful, tailoring lessons to meet each child at their point of need. Whether your child requires support in fine motor skills, writing, literacy, or numeracy, or is ready for extension and enrichment, I target teach by building on their foundations to help them achieve success.

My goal is not just academic growth but also personal growth. By focusing on your child’s strengths and fostering belief in their abilities, I help them develop the confidence and skills they need to thrive and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
